At Parkkruthi (a brand of Skill Bio LLP), we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed for purchases made on www.parkkruthi.com.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product: Item delivered is physically damaged or tampered with.

  • Incorrect Product: Wrong item or quantity delivered.

  • Expired Product: The product has crossed its expiry date upon delivery.

  • Quality Issues: If the product is spoiled or unusable upon opening (must be reported within 2 days of delivery).

Return Window:
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products used or partially consumed

  • Products without original packaging

  • Custom-made or bulk orders

  • Items returned without proof of purchase (order ID/invoice)

  • Products returned beyond the 3-day window

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photo or video proof (in case of damage, expiry, or quality concerns)

After review, if approved, we’ll arrange a pickup (where applicable) or ask you to return it to our address.

Return Shipping:

  • If the issue is ours (damaged, incorrect, expired), we’ll bear the return shipping cost.

  • Otherwise, return shipping will be borne by the customer.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, Net Banking, or Card).

  • Processing Time: 5–7 business days after return approval.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by calling or emailing us.

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges. If you have received a defective item, it can be returned and a replacement will be sent (subject to availability).
